This past year/twelve months/past year has been a truly remarkable journey as we've embarked on a mission to show/demonstrate/express our unwavering care/concern/devotion. Through countless/numerous/various acts of love/generosity/support, we've come together to make/create/build a positive/supportive/caring impact/difference/world. From volunteering/donating/helping out in our communities to offering/providing/sharing a listening ear/presence/hand, we've touched/affected/influenced the lives of many/countless/so many people.
